Martin Hulme

(D Pod M, SRCh, MChS)

After qualifying from Huddersfield University in 1992, Martin spent the first five years of his career working for Cheshire Community Health Care Trust. Here he helped to develop the Trust's nail surgery unit, as well as managing a department of five Chiropodists. He moved in to private practice in 1997, working as far a field as Cornwall and Glasgow.

This allowed him to build up experience in all areas of Podiatry. Martin has been living and working in Manchester since 2002 and during that time has been developing his skills in biomechanics, helping as one of the Podiatrists for the Flora London Marathon in 2002 and 2003.

Rachel Mellor

(BSC Hons, SRCh, MChS)

Rachel qualified from Southampton University in 1996 and spent five years working in three private practices across Staffordshire and South Cheshire, where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of Podiatry. In 2001 Rachel joined Boots Healthcare Services, where she established the Chiropody/Podiatry department in Altrincham and made it a highly successful business.

During this time, she formed links with other local healthcare professionals and GPs, which has proved to be an invaluable corner stone in the development of
In-step Footcare.

Oliver Taylor

(BSC Hons)

Oliver qualified from Salford University with a First Class Honours in Podiatry.
He has worked in private practices across the North West, along with various running stores consulting about trainers and running biomechanics. This has led him to work with a wide variety of people including Olympic Athletes. Before podiatry Oliver completed a degree in Sport Psychology which gave him an insight into the mind-set of an athlete and how an injury can affect them.

Oliver carries out all aspects of podiatry and chiropody and regularly attends training updates to develop his skills. If you are a new patient Oliver will help put you at ease before undertaking a thorough treatment.
