Coronavirus Update - January 4th 2021

We are open and would like to reassure patients that we are doing everything possible to ensure that an appointment with us is a safe and enjoyable one. We are reviewing Government guidelines continually, and also those of our Professional Governing Body, The College of Podiatry. Please note the following :

  • We are an essential medical service and are OPEN for all treatments.
  • You must not have, or have had, any of the signs of COVID-19 infection for 7 days before attending, or if any of your household show symptoms you must self-isolate for 10 days. All staff are following this requirement.
  • ALL surfaces are cleaned with the appropriate antibacterial/viricidal spray between patients.
  • Use of PPE; upon entering Reception you will be asked to wash/sanitise hands and wear a mask. We will provide a mask if you do not have your own. If a patient is exempt from wearing a mask we must be informed of this at the time of booking an appointment.
  • We can now treat hard skin/corns/trimming of nails, if you are unable to manage this yourself.
  • Please do NOT arrive early for your appointment as we have closed the waiting room, other than in exceptional circumstances.

Your safety is our number 1 priority, so please be guided by us when you visit.

As ever, we are grateful to our wonderfully loyal patients throughout this most challenging of times, and look forward to seeing you when it is safe for you to attend, given your personal circumstances.

Very best wishes from Rachel, Martin and all of the team at Instep.
